A Tool To Help Manage Internal PageRank Distribution
Half's SEO Notebook blog wrote a detailed post explaining his PageRankBot tool.
After reading the post, it appears that this tool does some pretty intricate and detailed analysis of your internal navigation and helps you determine how to make adjustments to your link development to best allocate your most important pages in the search results.
I understand that toolbar PageRank is not the answer to all SEO problems. But it is somewhat of a sign and like the blog post said, if you are a control freak, this tool may be for you.
In short, this tool enables you see and control PageRank distribution in a more informed manner.

In case you get hung up on the word "PageRank", its a tool for pulling pages out of the supplemental index, not for manipulating PageRank to display more green in the toolbar. The PageRanks you see are approximate internal PageRanks, not Toolbar PageRanks.
Look at the screenshots on the download page. Using the tool, I temporarily shifted PageRank to a recent blog post. Notice how the "highest PageRank URL" reported inside Webmaster Tools reflects that change.
Yeah, its that easy.
