Flickr Adds Picnik Web Based Image Editing Features
The Flickr Blog announced that the integration of the expected Online Photo Editing software from Picnik is now complete. Meaning, you can now edit your Flickr photos directly on the web with a click of a button. Personally, I am very excited about this feature and hope to utilize it often.
Here are screenshots of how it all works:
On your pictures, you should see an "Edit Photo" button--I point to it below in my example:
After you click on that button, the Picnik logo comes up:
Then you get the loading status bar, until it fully loads:
Then the editing screen comes up. It gives you the ability to auto-fix, rotate, crop, resize, change the exposure, colors, sharpen the image, and adjust the red eye. You can also zoom in or out while editing by using the zoom feature and the bottom right corner. Here is a screen capture:

Like I said above, I am very excited to really use this feature in every day blog work.
Oh, and in regards to that mini-fridge, my company is giving out RustyBrick Mini Fridges to our clients for the holiday season.
