Microsoft Launches Live Search News
Microsoft hits back at Google with Live Search News from News.com reports Microsoft has launched Live Search News.
Live Search News takes a more linear view of news compared to the Yahoo News home pages. Live Search News looks more like a Techmeme style news approach, but it obviously uses a different algorithm. Here is a quick Flickr video of the Live Search News layout and pages:
One major feature I see that is missing is RSS subscriptions. It appears there is no way to subscribe to the home page of Live Search News, news sections or, more importantly, news searches.
