Google Updates Toolbar PageRank; Drops Some Penalties
Google is currently updating the PageRank values found in the Google toolbar. A post from Google's Matt Cutts announced and confirmed the update is taking place.
In addition, Matt said they will be "expiring" some of the penalties with this update. I assume the penalties refer to the toolbar PageRank massacre that began about ten months ago for selling paid links.
