When and how does SEMPO determine who the president and other officers will be? This list seems to only give a list and not the responsibilities.

Right, it was not Kevin Lee who redesign. So, based on the facts, yes, he should be credited as being associated with them.

It was Bill Wise, not Kevin Lee, who resigned. I think Kevin’s still there.
