		<description>In case you get hung up on the word &quot;PageRank&quot;, its a tool for pulling pages out of the supplemental index, not for manipulating PageRank to display more green in the toolbar. The PageRanks you see are approximate internal PageRanks, not Toolbar PageRanks.

Look at the screenshots on the download page. Using the tool, I temporarily shifted PageRank to a recent blog post. Notice how the &quot;highest PageRank URL&quot; reported inside Webmaster Tools reflects that change.

Yeah, its that easy.
