A reader (shor) pointed me to a site at http://cangooglehearme.com/, that tells the story of a guy named Aaron who wanted to meet with Google. Aaron had a business proposal, but his attempts to contact Google via phone or email did not work. So he decided to fly to Google, sit outside Google for several days, until someone at Google would agree to meet with him. He reportedly got that meeting and is running high right now. His web site has the videos and details of his journey. I am waiting on Google to find out if this is for real or not. I will let you know if and when I hear back.
Postscript: Robert Scoble spoke with Aaron, and we now know we won’t be hearing more from Aaron because he “signed an agreement not to talk further about the process on his Web site, or with anyone in the media.”
