AOL is busy upgrading and relaunching a range of features and sites on its network. The latest on the list to get a revamp is the video portal. The redesigned site offers a new home page, an upgraded video search experience (via its video engine Truveo) and an embedded playback experience.
There’s also a new Windows Vista gadget that offers AOL video content on the desktop, has customizable “skins” and a number of dynamic features including a “real-time ticker” that indicates when new videos are added to the Truveo index.
