Unless playing the arbitrage game in the Italian market last August qualifies as part of the same &quot;isolated&quot; incident... me thinks not.

The bait and switch in the Italian market also involved the travel sector.  I found an specific example when searching for flights on the lucrative internal Milan - Rome route.
