About Jeff Eckman & Paul Benson

Jeff Eckman has a passion for applying simplicity to complex problems and creating relationships between people and technology that generate novel value. He earned his BS in Operations Technology at Northeastern University, and holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management. For the past two decades, Jeff has been an active member of Boston's music community and is the drummer for Pressure Cooker, an original reggae act. His co-author, Paul Benson, has been a digital marketer for over ten years working with some of the world’s largest and most successful brands. Paul first established himself in the SEM space with iProspect, one of the most respected firms in the search engine marketing industry. There he led paid search and SEO programs, including those for the agency’s flagship client. As the co-founder of Synapse SEM, Paul oversees the strategic direction and growth initiatives for all Synapse clients. Paul is an adjunct faculty member of Babson College's Executive Education program. Paul earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Rhode Island, and earned his MBA, cum laude, from Babson College.
