Jennifer Robertson is a Client Services Director at iProspect, responsible for delivering superior results in digital media and providing strategic value for clients. She directly manages a number of Client Services Managers whose teams are responsible for the execution of all aspects of client campaigns, including organic search, paid search, and online display campaigns.
Robertson joined iProspect in 2007 as a Search Marketing Specialist, and most recently was a Client Services Manager overseeing a team of Search Marketing Specialists and Search Marketing Analysts on both strategy and tactical execution. Robertson has worked with a variety of clients in different industries including retail, insurance, and finance, across various channels, including BtoB and BtoC. Each engagement brings challenging issues and circumstances, and Robertson plays an integral part in creating definitive growth strategies for her clients through integrated online and offline marketing plans.
A graduate of the American Association of Advertising Agency’s Institute of Advanced Advertising Studies (IAAS), Robertson is Google AdWords certified, and holds a Bachelor’s degree from Wheaton College in Norton, Massachusetts.
Jennifer has worked with a variety of clients in different industries including retail, insurance, and finance across various channels including BtoB and BtoC. Each client engagement has brought a very unique set of issues and circumstances including site redesign and re-launch as well as content and structure development. Jennifer has also been an integral part in creating definitive strategies for growth for her clients’ businesses through both paid and organic search.
