Jordan Elkind

Jordan Elkind heads the customer success team at Custora, a customer-centric marketing platform for e-commerce retailers. He works with major e-commerce retailers including Etsy, One Kings Lane, nomorerack, and Living Social to help them develop customer insights and execute marketing programs to maximize the value of every customer relationship. He also spearheads the development of Custora's marketing analytics education destination, Custora U.

Prior to joining Custora, Jordan worked in acquisition analytics for Citi Cards and in marketing and development for leading non-profit institutions including the Merce Cunningham Dance Company and Opera Boston. He earned an MBA from Wharton specializing in marketing and statistics.

He is a regular contributor to marketing and technology publications including Pando Daily, Retail Touchpoints, eConsultancy, Marketing Research, and Direct Marketing News.
