Sean McCarthy
Sean McCarthy is a Client Services Manager at iProspect. He oversees the activities of Search Marketing Specialists and Search Marketing Analysts responsible for natural search campaigns, paid inclusion, shopping feeds and pay-per click campaigns. Also responsible for new employee training and development, McCarthy monitors and manages iProspect’s search engine marketing process for his team’s clients, ensuring appropriate campaign strategies are in place and that campaign project plans are adhered to, in order to achieve desired results.
Since joining iProspect in 2006, McCarthy has worked as a Search Marketing Specialist, managing several paid and organic search accounts with a focus on the tactical elements of a campaign, then to his current role as a Client Services Manager. McCarthy has worked with a variety of clients in different industries including finance, retail, healthcare, entertainment, and travel across various channels including BtoB and BtoC. Each client engagement has brought a very unique set of issues and circumstances including site redesign and re-launch as well as content and structure development. Mr. McCarthy has also been an integral part in creating definitive strategies for growth for his clients’ businesses through both paid and organic search.
Prior to iProspect Sean McCarthy worked an Account Manager for Dun and Bradstreet and then as the Direct Marketing Specialist for World Travel Holdings. As an Account Manager, he was in charge of managing software and online accounts for Fortune 1000 clients as a part of D&B’s Sales and Marketing Division. As a Direct Marketing Specialist, he was in charge of managing all newspaper, direct mail, and email marketing efforts for all of their cruise and vacation brands, as well as partner brand vacation and cruise direct marketing campaigns. Sean McCarthy received his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from the Isenberg School of Management at the University Of Massachusetts- Amherst MA.
