Details On Yahoo’s Advertiser & Publisher Group Leaked

Michael Arrington of TechCrunch has posted an email sent by Yahoo’s CFO, Susan Decker, that she emailed all Yahoo employees yesterday on the topic of the new Advertiser & Publisher Group. In the email she explains how the group will be organized into “demand channels, supply channels and marketing products.” In short, the demand channels will focus on the advertiser, the supply channels will focus on the publisher and the marketing products division will match and bridge the two channels.

Greg Coleman, EVP Global Sales, will lead the demand unit. Hilary Schneider will lead the supply channel. The marketing products section currently does not have a lead yet but consists of Yahoo’s Search and Listings Marketplaces where Tim Cadogan will be the senior VP, Yahoo’s Display Marketplaces where Todd Teresi will be the senior VP, Product Management where Mark Morrissey will be the senior VP, and Engineering where Qi Lu, EVP, Engineering will lead all engineering.
