By making Swicki easy to use and simple looking new users are reaching out to use it, people who may not have before. Swicki is a community thing - Co-op is an indutry thing Yahoo Answers is a community thing - Google answers is.. er... well you know. Google might want to make their products (which are usually very good) more welcoming to the new internet user and the vibrant community as a whole.
