    Excellent post, Stephanie. I love the point you made about influencing the decision to purchase. A lot of times I hear from clients that the numbers for mobile shopping are far too low to make a significant investment. However, I point out, as you do here, that mobile is a key point in the decision-making process and you should never miss an opportunity to reach your customer whether that is via an app, a mobile site, or SMS option. We recently competed a performance study that highlights the need for a mobile site and shortened it into a blog post.
