Gates, Brin & Page: Top 5 Richest People In Forbes 400

Forbes released its latest The Forbes 400 list, and among the top ten richest Americans are Microsoft’s Bill Gates and Google’s Sergey Brin and Larry Page.

Gates topped the list at number one with a net worth of $59.0 billion. Sergey Brin is listed at number five, with a net worth of $18.5 billion. Larry Page shares the number five slot with Sergey, with a net worth of $18.5 billion also.

Eric Schmidt, Google’s CEO is number 48 with $6.5 billion in net worth.

Googler, Omid Kordestani, made the list at number 204 with $2.2 billion in net worth.

David Filo of Yahoo made the list at number 239 with $2.0 billion in net worth.

Yahoo’s Jerry Yang is also on the list at number 261 with $1.9 billion in net worth.

Google’s Kavitark Shriram made the list at number 271 with $1.8 billion in net worth.

Finally, IAC’s (Ask.com) Barry Diller is on the list at number 317 with $1.5 billion in net worth.

In summary, we have five Google Guys, two Yahoo guys, one from Microsoft and one from IAC.
