Matt Cutts of Google has been doing these daily videos, answering questions from the industry and it has been a huge success. You can see many of the videos on the Google Webmaster Help Channel on YouTube. But now, it is your turn to ask Matt questions for him to answer in his next batch of videos.

To ask him questions, use the Google Moderator page he set up and submit questions there and/or vote on questions you want answered. Matt said:

I won’t be able to answer every single question, but I’ll tackle several popular questions plus a few interesting questions. Please ask questions that lots of people would be interested in, not just questions about a specific site. If you can ask about a topic that requires more in-depth answers, that would probably make the videos more interesting too.
