Google announced that they have acquired Marratech‘s video conferencing software (not the company, just its software).
Google wrote the acquisition will “enable from-the-desktop participation for Googlers in videoconference meetings wherever there’s an Internet connection.”
I suspect (as do many others) that it will also enable Google Docs users to do conference calls and share presentations made using the forthcoming Google Presentations, in the future. Postscript: Google tells us they’ve been using the software internally in a limited capacity and plan to expand its use inside Google itself. They had no comments on plans to share it with the public.

Zoho is currently testing (closed beta) web conferencing software, Zoho Meeting.

The test has been around for about a month. From the video preview,

it looks like tight integration with other Zoho services including Zoho Show http://www.zohoshow.com (their web-based presentation software) will be one of the features.
