		<description>Very good move on Google&#039;s behalf.

If they also provide Enhanced Reporting for their advertisers that may include the breakdown of the clicks that they are being charged for, that could tie in very well with the IP Exclusion feature.

Otherwise, the advertisers have to rely on their own logs and tracking in order to determine the suspicious clicks and I don&#039;t know if all of them have the right tools or knowledge to do that.
