Of not is the fact that Eurekster is based in Christchurch. They have been one of the pioneers in developing vertical search platforms, and their Chief Scientist, told me when we interviewed him that they were doing more than 500,000 searches per day. Of course, there are other technology oriented companies in New Zealand, but this is the one search related one that I know about. Very interesting.
