The lack of clarity about how this all works and lack of access to any sort of meaningful help makes this an exercise in complete frustration for legitimate businesses trying to ensure that multiple business locations are accurately listed. 		<description>Wow-- Matt, I think Google needs to support more agencies as a way to overcome their inability to service local customers.  Unfortunately, these businesses are so small that Google would need to hire an army of reps to answer calls and emails.  Agency relationships will scale.</description>
