Spotted via Resource Shelf, Google has released its annual report (more precisely, Securities & Exchange Commission form 10-K), with financials for the year, and a list of all of the company’s subsidiaries, as well as details of Google’s merger agreement with radio advertising placement firm dMarc. The subsidiaries list is particularly interesting because it discloses acquisitions that Google hasn’t previously talked about, offering clues for potential projects or new services the company may be working on.
