Google has released the Android SDK and is offering $10 million in rewards to developers who can build out the best Android applications.

You can learn about the SDK over here, plus there is a blog, FAQs, and discussion form.

Google has set aside $10 million as prizes to developers who build the best Android mobile applications. Google named this project the Android Developer Challenge.
