I&#039;ve often wondered if there is a way for the engines to algorithmically rank sites on a scale based on the degree to which they create original content vs recycling other people&#039;s content.  I&#039;m not sure how it could be done given the speed with which content rippers act, and I&#039;m not sure how that ranking should impact other page rank values, but it&#039;s certainly an important issue.</description>
