		<description>It&#039;s all in the wording.  That&#039;s $1 &quot;Annual Salary&quot;.  You can rest assured it doesn&#039;t include &#039;Bonuses&#039; &#039;Non-Salary&#039; items, and all those other nice &#039;fringe&#039; benefits.
But it is a nice gesture nonetheless. :)
