Your best bets are either the C-SPAN3 web stream or a stream direct from the Senate Judiciary Committee.

C-SPAN’s Capitol Hearings website is where you can find an audio feed of today’s hearing.

After the hearing ends (give them an hour), the video will be permanently available here in the amazing and award winning C-SPAN Video Library. It will also include a mechanically generated (using closed captioning) transcript of the hearing along with a lot of additional features.
