Infographic: SEO Hot Cities – New York, San Francisco & LA

So you want to be an SEO? Try moving to New York, San Francisco or Los Angeles, which have the most job postings. Being an SEO might lead to bigger things, too, as the skill is listed as part of jobs such as “marketing manager” and “director of marketing.”

These stats come from an infographic from the folks at Conductor on the SEO job industry, based on 1,500 job postings on Indeed.com and Payscale.com:

Im surprised the directors are only making 90k. Especially since a manager at 60k a year in SF isn’t that great.

the most interesting thing about this is that the good people at conductor seem to think miami is in orlando. Meh, close enough – but you think they would try to at least get the locations of their main visual kind of close. The Miami dot isn’t even on the coast. You know, the city known for it’s beaches. I’m sure everything else about it is 100% correct though.

I’m sorry Conductor but I expect something better and more enticing, this is interesting research but the effort was just not something that excited me
