Danny, as you've figured out, the Webmaster Tools subscriber numbers reflect all known subscribers to feeds that are on your verified domain. FeedBurner sees all requests for your feeds, whether they're to www.yourdomain.com/feed or feeds.feedburner.com/yourfeed. If a Google user is subscribed to the FeedBurner version of your feed, the Webmaster Tools number will not include them. Of course, we're always working to improve our tools, and integration of Feedburner stats is something to keep in mind!

That's pretty cool. I wonder if you have a 301 redirect on your feed to feedburner if that is still tracked by Google. We're in the process of setting it up like this based on Feedburner recommendations for blogger feed addresses. It essentially is similar to the mybrand thing but you can keep the same address you've always been using.

I guess we'll be finding out soon enough though :) Either way; nice addition to webmaster tools!
