Monetizing. Oh the dreaded necessity of monetizing. I work at a local magazine AND newspaper and the question of how to pay GOOD writers is still floating through the ether. What will the new infohybrid be?

Look at http://www.sandiegometro.com
A business magazine with many 10s of thousands of dollars in ad revenues (I don't think they would want me to FULLY disclose) all the content from the last 7 years online, yet the ad revenue from online is barely 2%.

Hmmm.
