Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, a famous Russian composer of symphony, opera, ballet, instrumental, chamber and song is celebrating his 170th birthday today and Google has a special logo up for it. The Google Doodle is representing the Swan Lake ballet, which he composed between 1875–1876. It was co-designed by the San Francisco Ballet according to the alternative text on the image.
