There’s been a near parade of executives leaving Yahoo recently. TechCrunch reports three more are going or ready to go according to “sources close to the company.”
Those reportedly leaving now include search executives Qi Lu and Vish Makhijani, as well as Brad “Peanut Butter” Garlinghouse. Makhijani will apparently become, according to TechCrunch, CEO of Russian search engine Yandex.
These departures have not been independently verified, but it’s likely that the rumors are accurate.
Postscript: Jeremy Zawodny is becoming CTO of Craigslist in something of a surprise.
Correction: We’ve been informed by Yandex that “Mr Makhijani is appointed the CEO of Yandex Labs, Yandex’s U.S.-based technology and business development facility (which is one of several Yandex R&D offices). Arkady Volozh is still CEO of Yandex and will keep his position.”
