On Thursday at 1 PM EDT, tune in to Search Marketing Now to hear Disa Johnson, Coordinator of Paid Search Boot Camp at SMX East, present a free webcast for small business owners – “Search Marketing for Small Business: Basics for Online Success.”
According to a recent Nielsen/WebVisible study, there’s a gap between search-savvy consumers and small or local businesses online. While 82% of consumers use search to find local businesses, less than half of all small businesses have a website. Only 9% of small businesses are satisfied with their online marketing efforts.
This webcast will help small businesses get started in online marketing. Johnson will talk about the basics of search, from the bottom up, starting with a definition of the difference between natural and sponsored search listings. Audience members will have a chance to submit questions.
Thursday’s webcast sponsor, WebVisible, has a special offer for registrants – free business marketing consultation for first-time advertisers, and $150 campaign “kick-starter” for new campaigns. Registration is still open for this free webcast.
