Are you going to actually let someone read your blog translated this way and risk your online reputation? Are you going to translate your text ads? I see it as a cool thing but not as a work tool. Professional translation costs money, unfortunately, and takes time. I'm not sure at all if the automated alternatives will give us good results during our lifetime. The problem of context is still too big for any algorithm. To have my content in more than one language I use a (human) translation service, which can be trusted (I personally use OneHourTranslation.com but there are thousands of translation agencies on-line).
