		<description>As usual, Joanna, some great tips. I particularly like the concept of increasing the prominence of your information resources. I think it&#039;s true that many more users will be less free with their spending, and more interested in finding information before they buy. They&#039;ll need to justify all spending (whether they&#039;re a business owner or an employee), so the more info you can provide, the better. I also like the way you advise embracing the creative and staying true to the quantitative. (Even the wording here is nice!)</description>
