The week after SMX West, I am hosting an informal SMX named SphinnCon Israel. The event has a half day of SEM related content, including 12 sessions on topics from SEO, PPC, Web Analytics and Social Media. The event is just about sold out now.

We launched this event about a month ago and have received a lot of questions about speaking. So if you want to speak, here is how.

(1) Go to the agenda, posted at the bottom of the SphinnCon Israel page.

(2) Select a panel that you think you would be an excellent speaker on.

(3) Pitch me on why you think you would be good on that panel.

Submit your pitch via email. I will review your pitch with those assisting me with the event and we will get back to you. It is very important to be as specific as possible to the agenda we put together.

If you want to register, you should do so quickly. We are almost sold out.

I also wanted to say we have two Googlers speaking at the event. One from the Google Webmaster team in Dublin who is from Israel, Alon Chen, Product Marketing Manager, Google Webmaster & Search Quality. He will be speaking on a panel named “Meet Google” for about 45 minutes and then leave about 15 minutes of Q&A time for Google webmaster related questions. We also have Michal Neufeld, Account Strategist, Google Israel to talk on the SEM Web Analytics.

We also have some well-known names from the SEM industry flying in from the States to speak. They include Vanessa Fox, Gillian Muessig of SEOMoz, Dixon Jones of Receptional and some others. We also have secured the top SEOs and SEMs in Israel to be at the event and to share their local knowledge in the space.
