		<description>Yahoo France sent out a similar email last week.  I still haven&#039;t upgraded my account yet, but this should make things easier from an account management standpoint.  With Panama slowly being implemented in all of Yahoo&#039;s markets I wonder if Yahoo will finally let you open one account and advertise in multiple countries.  Managing separate accounts for each country is very annoying.
