		<description>This is perfect evidence that all business owners should be checking their listings on all &quot;local&quot; directories.  Sad that it only takes four competitors or a disgruntled customer to ruin your listing.

I check the listings for my flower shop daily and while it is time consuming it is also a sort of &quot;damage control.&quot;  The quicker a black hat negative review (or a &quot;slap&quot; in this case)comes down, the better.  God forbid it gets picked up by search engine results.

When the new format of Yahoo Local went live I was jazzed.  Now seeing that there are more negative effects than positive, I want to change my vote.
