Good morning, Marketers, Google is testing again.

Usually, Google only shows a single site or source for a featured snippet. But could Google’s position zero have two or even four sources? It’s possible. You can read about the new featured snippet format being tested here.

Google was testing two other formats of featured snippets in April – ‘From the web’ and ‘Other sites say’ – with multiple answers, as we reported here.

Featured snippets continue to be an area of interest. If any of these tests become permanent, it could impact your click-through rates, traffic and conversions. For now? Keep watching the SERPs.
