Google is issuing advertisers credit refunds after a technical glitch overcharged their accounts.
Campaigns within Display and Video 360 that ran from July through to December last year were impacted. If your account was affected, you’ll need to contact your sales rep.
There must be something in the water as Meta also had a hiccup that resulted in overcharging advertisers. The social giant is also issuing refunds, but payment is not guaranteed. Check out our article for a step-by-step guide on how to improve your chances of getting your funds back.
