Rafael Rivera spotted a new Bing interface where Bing was overlaying “live titles” on top of the home page’s awesome backgrounds. This is the new Bing HTML5 interface, that Bing has been for several months.

Bing Sporting New Live Tiles

Winrumors reports that along with these “live titles,” Bing will be introducing a form of Google Instant search. The Instant features on Bing will adjust the page elements and results as the user types.

Bing’s interface will also “include smooth animations to allow users to jump backwards in their search history,” said Winrumors. It will also include “small, hovering windows as you scroll down the screen to keep navigation tabs in view and enable animated pictures and automatically generated slideshows so users can visually explore a search query,” adds Winrumors.

There has been some additional reports via @Skip_C and @eugenia_online of full HD videos on the home page of Bing. In reality, it might just be a smooth moving HTML5 effect on images used on the home page.

How can you see this? One person commented that you can modify your cookies on Firefox and go to Bing to see the HTML5 version. Warning, I have not tried this and I do not know if there are security issues with this.
