Today’s Google doodle marks the 100th anniversary of Copa América, the longest-running international fútbol tournament.

Sixteen teams representing South America, Central America and the US will compete in the 2016 tournament. This is the first time in the tournament’s 100-year history that the games will be hosted in the US, with 32 matches played in 10 different US cities.

The Copa América tournament starts today, with the US taking on Colombia in Santa Clara, California.
