Google Officially Rolls Out New Blue-Colored Navigation Links To Replace Red Links

Google says goodbye to the red filter links at the top of their search results and welcomes in the color blue.

After months of testing, Google seems to have fully rolled out the new colored navigation filters at the top of the Google search results page.

Instead of the red color that’s been used on Google for years, we are now presented with a blue-colored link.

Here are pictures of the new blue navigation filters at the top of the Google results:

As you click from Web to News and so on, Google will highlight the section you are on by making that link blue and underlining the link in blue.

Google began testing the new blue look in June. Here’s a before-and-after comparison shot from then:
