The Google Ads support team is receiving a lot of stick at the moment, with marketers accusing the service of sinking to an all-time low by bombarding them with aggressive and sometimes “offensive” sales calls.
But as it turns out, the people making those calls aren’t your support reps after all. They’re your sales reps – and the two have very different roles.
To clear up the confusion, Search Engine Land spoke to Google about the key differences between your sales and support reps, and what to do if you’re not satisfied with either service.
