Google announced changes to its search executive team last week, including a new head of Google Search. This week, we have big changes to the Microsoft Bing Search and Microsoft Advertising executive team.

Mikhail Parakhin is stepping down from his role as the head of Bing Search and Microsoft Advertising days after Microsoft hired Mustafa Suleyman. Suleyman was the co-founder of DeepMind, a company Google acquired years back. Suleyman is now the CEO of Microsoft AI, leading up Microsoft’s AI efforts, including Copilot and more.
