SMX Next is all about what’s next for search marketing. We’ve got our classic SEO and PPC tracks, but have expanded the agenda to include two extra paths: Content and Professional Development. No conference about what’s next can exclude what’s next for the search marketing industry as a whole and, therefore, what’s next for our individual careers as SEO and PPC professionals.
My opening keynote will be all about how to level up your search marketing career (hint: it’s not so much about your tech skills as it is your ability to negotiate). Plus we’ll have sessions about adopting a CMO perspective, investing in inclusion to ensure your organization is thriving, and how to support entry-level SEOs (and grow them into the next generation of amazing search professionals).
And, of course, after SMX Create was such a hit, we brought back the content track with all new sessions to help both organic and paid search marketers cultivate their writing and creative skills.
