Google Testing New Design Without I’m Feeling Lucky Button

A reader emailed us a screen shot of the Google home page missing the “I’m Feeling Lucky” button as well as a new look for the inside search result pages.

Here are those screen shots.

Notice the home page missing the “I’m Feeling Lucky” button:

The next screen shot shows a completely new look for the Google search results page. It has a colorless left side filter and a gray background behind the Google logo throughout the search box.

The results page looks very much like how the results page looked for me on my CR-48 the day before Google I/O. It was only that one day though and then back to normal. I thought they were going to announce the change at I/O.
