Reader, Samuel Edwards from Tenthwave Digital sent us a screen shot of this unusual Google search results test. A Google spokesperson confirmed this is indeed one of Google’s many tests.

Here is a picture showing how Google is inserting images from the page directly on the search results:

A Google spokesperson told us, “As you know, we’re always running experiments with the look and feel of search — this is one of those.”

Indeed, Google is always testing and experimenting but this test is one of the more bold attempts to making the search results a bit more graphical.
