    Wtf just happened :)
Few minutes ago here was a great explanation/comment/post (it was long:) by Bill Slawski on the matter and now it’s gone. Strange…

Hmm, Radomir, judging from the short lifespan of my comment, it appears comments are going to a moderated queue, or, being summarily dismissed for whatever reason. Barry?

Did anyone get an email warning from Google stating they detected some abnormal links? Turns out maybe the warning was just designed to see how your site reacted. Did you take anything with even a shade of gray and start pulling it? If so, lets see how you fair compared to sites that ignored the message and left their links be.

Have fun telling your clients why they constantly get outranked by “spammers”.

“Google’s artificially making those spam tactics work to see if they’ll do more of it – rest assured they’ll disappear in the next update!”

    That or 70 days.

Yeah, that’s going to be a hard one to tell your clients. We don’t even know if Google’s really acting on this patent.
