The Search Engine Land Awards - #TheLandys
Last month, Search Engine Land hosted its inaugural Landy Awards ceremony in NYC, and iProspect was a big winner.

Not only did the iProspect team land the award for Best Retail Search Marketing Initiative for their work with LIDS.com, the agency also won for Best Overall SEO Initiative for an Enterprise for its work with Chevrolet Performance.

Chevrolet Performance, founded in 1967, serves as the only source for authentic Chevrolet brand performance parts. When it needed a complete overhaul of its website, the company came to iProspect to help it reinvigorate its online presence.

Charged with migrating the brand’s 200,000-page website into a 100-page section on Chevy.com, as well as building out a full SEO strategy, iProspect led a team of agencies to meet Chevrolet Performance’s online goals.

Providing guidance and hands-on support to both the agencies it managed and the client, iProspect oversaw every step of the process, from SEO and UX to online imagery, structure and content, each level of the project driven by the iProspect team.

The result? One month after launch, traffic to the Chevrolet Performance site was up 100 percent, with total site traffic up 20 percent year over year. The brand had top-five rankings for 99 percent of its keywords six months post-launch, and natural search out-performed paid search to drive 50 percent of all traffic, making natural search the largest digital channel for the brand.

iProspect reports that following the launch, Chevrolet Performance transmission sales doubled year over year and that its division sales hit a target unprecedented in the brand’s 48-year history.

“I always learn so much from iProspect,” says Angela Brown, Chevrolet Performance’s Marketing Manager.

Brown said iProspect’s leadership during the project not only kept everything operating efficiently and effectively, it also raised Chevrolet Performance’s brand to a whole new level within the digital realm.

Well done, iProspect, and thank you for being part of Search Engine Land’s first-ever Landy Awards!
